I heard the instrumental version by Scooterbeat and I was intrigued by the concept: an electronic version Red River Valley. We both agreed it sounded a little flat, so I got in touch with someone to sing the lyrics, and added a few more beats to the drops.
Then, I cleaned the EQs up a bit. I must say I'm pretty pleased by how this turned out.
